Narcotics consumption

• Services, funds, manpower & technology for customs and border control of all countries are to be increased tenfold in order to intercept drug trafficking & check container traffic in harbors;

• Local “farmers” of narcotics are to be actively coached to gain their living with other means;  

• Instead of only trying to “tackle” the drug producers, transporters and dealers a sustained and large effort is needed to “tackle” the consumers market.  Why is it “hip” to consume cocaine & marijuana, why do people “need” this drug? To keep “up” with the ever increasing demand to perform in all aspects of life? Professional, social, private? Is this the way to “relax”?

• The use of all types of soft & party drugs is to be actively discouraged by programs on schools & on social media. Drug use should be designated an undesirable social behavior.
